This is to inform you that Mast.Bassi Jashwanth is 6 year 10 months male s/o Mr.Bassi Surendar with UHID: BAH-00618245 was admitted at Rainbow Children's Hospital. He has been diagnosed with CNS Ewings Sarcoma Stage IV. He was started on chemotherapy of 1" cycle. He further needs 13 cycles of chemotherapy followed by Surgery and Radiation. Cost of each cycle of chemotherapy, including medications, hospitalisation, supportive care with Anti-biotics and Anti-fungal, nutrition etc would be Rs.60,000/-. So, for 14 cycles total of Rs. 7-8/- lakhs is required. Response assessment will be done after 5 cycles. Based on his response to chemotherapy, further treatment (i.e.) Surgery and Radiation cost would be updated later.

As the family is struggling financially, kindly do the needful for this child's treatment.

Father is The only earning person, and mother is a housewife. They are a family of Four, father is already in debt as he borrowed money for her treatment. He can’t afford the cost of the treatment.
