This is to inform you that Master Bandari Srihan is 8 Years 2 Months Male S/o Mr. Mr Bandari Shyam sunder with UHID: BAH-00343288 was admitted at Rainbow Children's Hospital. He has been started on Chemotherapy as per BFM protocol. The treatment part consist of initial intensive phase for 6 months followed by maintenance phase for 2 years. Currently, child has completed, and due for 3 more months of Chemotherapy.

The cost of treatment in intensive phase for chemotherapy, hospitalization, investigations along with supportive care with IV antibiotic, IV anti-fungal and nutritional support is around Rs 11-12 lakhs. The cost of blood products required during entire treatment would be around Rs. 1.5-2/- lakhs. In case of any unexpected complications, cost may go up.

Father is The only earning person, and mother is a housewife. They are a family of Four, father is already in debt as he borrowed money for her treatment. He can’t afford the cost of the treatment.
