This is to inform you that Master Vasudev Kummari is a 4 years 6 months male child, son of Kummari Sathyanaranayana & with YH NO:400684529, was admitted at Yashoda Hospital, Somajigudda He was diagnosed with Calla Positive B-Lymphoblastic Lukemia High Risk He has been started on chemotherapy as per UK ALL 2003 protocol. The treatment part consists of initial intensive phase for 8 months followed by maintenance phase for 3 years

The cost of treatment in intensive phase for chemotherapy, hospitalization, investigations along with supportive care with IV antibiotics, IV anti-fungal and nutritional support is around Rs. 20 lakhs. The cost of blood products required during entire treatment would be around Rs. 1.5-2 lakhs. In case of any unexpected complications, cost may go up, Currently he is on delayed intensification phase I
