This is to inform you that Ms U Manavi, 1 years 6 months Female child, bearing L.P.UMR NO.196 who was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma involving mediastinum, nasopharynx, cervical and mesenteric lymphnodes, child is currently on chemotherapy at Sivananda IMPACT Pediatric Cancer Center.

She will require Surgery. The surgery will be performed by Dr. Sathish pawar, Surgical Oncologist at Care Hospitals, Gachibowli

The estimated cost of Surgery is Rs. 2,50,000/-We request you to kindly extend your support to the child and family.

In case of any unexpected complications, cost may go up.
